Returning:

We hope of course that you are satisfied with the products you have received from us. But if you had other expectations of what you have bought from us, we won't make it hard for you. We are only satisfied when you are happy with your purchase. Service is important to us and returns are always possible. Also with discounted items. In this case, we follow the following rules:

• Report your return shipment in advance by email, including your order number (Please note: returns that have not been reported in advance will not be processed).
• Put the product with care in the packaging and clearly mention your order number. (Items that are not carefully packed or arrive damaged, we can unfortunately not credit).
